Why this matters
More creative to test. Less production to fund. Real people your customers recognise.
Nearly 90% of consumers want to know whether an image used AI (Getty Images, four surveys of 7,500 adults each across 25 countries, fielded July 2022–September 2023, published 30 April 2024). 73% of 505 surveyed US Gen Z and Millennial consumers reported unchanged or higher purchase likelihood after disclosure (IAB, fieldwork October 2025–January 2026) — a combined neutral-and-positive stated response, not an observed uplift. 52% said an inauthentic brand experience would stop them buying (Emplifi, 1,650 US/UK consumers, April 2026). These are separate consumer surveys about stated intent. They are not measured PPL campaign lift.

Questions
Yes. Schedule a demo and we create a campaign and share its assets at no cost. You keep the assets whether or not you decide to work with PPL.
No. No purchase, subscription, testimonial or positive meeting outcome is required, and the booking flow never asks for payment details.
Campaign asset count, formats, turnaround, revision scope and included usage rights are published with the offer before you book. The example edit on this page is an illustration of form, not the package.
Usually. We need the source files and the photography and likeness permissions that came with them — both are checked before anything is produced.
Then it starts from a brief, your product references and a licensed model. No new physical shoot is required where the route is supported; some source capture may still be.
Yes, through the same verified onboarding and licensing every PPL member goes through. Bringing someone you already work with skips sourcing, not consent.
Documented proportions, construction, texture and material appearance are reviewed against the reference before publication, and we show the comparison. We do not promise fit prediction.
It can apply to a real model’s digital replica in covered work, effective 19 June 2025. Clients must obtain written approval specifying scope, purpose, pay and duration, and a management company’s consent must be separate from its representation agreement. A wholly synthetic person is not automatically covered by that replica provision.
Source: New York Department of Labor · reviewed 21 September 2026From 2 August 2026, with transition rules: providers carry machine-readable marking duties and deployers must disclose content meeting the deepfake definition. Commission guidance notes a marking grace period until December 2026 for systems placed on the market before that date. A visible label and technical provenance answer different duties.
Source: European Commission transparency guidance · reviewed 21 September 2026From 2 August 2026 for core provider duties: a detection tool, latent disclosures where feasible, and a visible-disclosure option. Coverage turns on a threshold above one million monthly users or visitors plus accessibility in California. Platform duties begin in 2027 and capture-device duties in 2028. It is not a blanket retailer labelling rule.
Source: California SB 942 and AB 853 · reviewed 21 September 2026Do not assume it does. Review the permitted uses actually written into the release — a release drafted for photography rarely contemplates a digital replica, and in covered New York work the approval has to name scope, purpose, pay and duration.
Source: New York Department of Labor · reviewed 21 September 2026Yes. Consent and disclosure answer different questions: permission to use a likeness does not by itself satisfy an AI-disclosure duty, and provider marking and deployer disclosure are separate obligations again.

The campaign’s expiry, renewal, withdrawal and takedown process runs under the applicable agreement, with a named owner for requests. Revocation is prospective: it stops new generation and new use.
PPL carries its documented obligations for consent, licensing and disclosure on what it delivers. You remain responsible for the final creative, the placements and the use. Nobody can promise universal compliance or guaranteed platform approval, and we don’t.
